As a REALTOR® and expert in Florida real estate transactions, I’ve called central Florida home for a very long time. Each year I close deals throughout the state, from Jacksonville to South Beach to Key West and across the I-4 corridor. I get a chance to work with really amazing people and provide my clients with a superior level of service. I pride myself on giving each client a personalized experience, no cookie cutter marketing or sales pitch.

Every year around the beginning of fall, I start preparing for my favorite Halloween tradition. This time honored Driven Real Estate tradition is something I believe adds a unique element to my realty services. Curious yet?

“When there’s something strange, in your neighborhood, who ya gonna call?”

So without further ado, I’ll give you what we’ve all been waiting for: #ectoe61

The #ectoe61 has come a long way; check out the transformation that happens October 1st every year!

Back in 2015 the idea started with a simple little doodle, an idea of great things to come.

A lot of planning and effort went into the function and design of the idea. Then came the hard work…

All that effort paid off! People loved it.

So, I realized it was time to work with my team of expert real estate photographers that have an eye for presentation, to really take this concept to the next level.

I had so much fun with this experience, I decided to make it an annual event!

October 2016 brought a lot of excited people who’d been patiently waiting for #ectoe61 to show up again, so of course, I cleaned up the design, streamlined the process and launched the concept once again!

Now, you are going to have to ask yourself “If Jon puts this much effort into the Ecto E61 concept, and takes the time to use the most current social media and marketing strategies to promote it, what will he do for me?”

Whether you are a buyer or a seller your experience will be catered to your needs. Your real estate transaction is one of the most important financial decisions you will undertake. I am the realtor you can trust to support you with the process, and my team of proven financial experts will make sure your experience is seamless.

This October get in with the Driven Real Estate team and avoid the real estate nightmares. My team and I are experts with over a decade of experience. We are ready to help you.
